This is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed in. We booked a non-smoking room, and asked to sign an indemnity on checking in. We were offered a stinking room - with an ashtray. After we were moved, the hotel twice to our knowledge (it may have been more) gave other guests keys for our room. In the middle of the night, part f the ceiling collapsed, showering us in plaster. Staff were rude, obstructive and unhelpful. They have so far failed to respond to an email about our experience.
